An alliance for medical education of Yangtze River Delta region was established on Saturday. Ten universities joined the alliance for resource sharing, interdisciplinary cooperation and training. Dr Chen Guoqiang, director of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and chairman of the alliance, said the alliance will explore training in line with rising demand in clinical practice and services.
