Prevention and control of vector-born diseases, especially dengue fever, is the key target for the upcoming China International Import Expo, Shanghai Health Commission said. A total of 90 emergency teams with 270 professionals have been established for vector control around the city. There have been outbreaks of dengue fever in some Southeast Asian countries and some regions in China this year and there will be many Expo participants and visitors coming from such regions.
