Shanghai Wild Animal Park in the Pudong New Area announced Saturday that it has welcomed a new baby giant panda. Now 16 days old and in fine fettle, the little boy, mother Si Xue's second offspring, weighed 198 grams after his second day.  Keepers say that mild-mannered Si Xue is taking good care of her son.
