The 2019 Shanghai-Taipei Forum will be held in Shanghai on July 4, the Shanghai Taiwan Affairs Office has announced. Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je will led a delegation to attend the forum, an annual event held in rotation by the two cities. This year, the theme of the forum is “Innovation, Cooperation, Future.”
