CHINESE elements are to the fore in “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” the fourth installment of the “Transformers” series that closed the 17th Shanghai International Film Festival yesterday.

As well as mega cities like Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou, the picturesque county of Wulong in southwest China’s Chongqing City serves as a location in the film, which was shown at the Peace Cinema.

The blockbuster features several Chinese stars, including actress Li Bingbing, who was in Shanghai yesterday.
