SHANGHAI’S Vice Mayor Chen Yin met with Joao Doria, mayor of Sao Paulo, and the delegation he led yesterday in Shanghai.

Chen welcomed the visit and expressed hope that the two cities will strengthen exchanges in areas including urban management, transport, environmental protection and technological innovation.

He also hoped that the friendship between people from the two cities will be improved in the future.
