SHANGHAI Party Secretary Han Zheng met Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman and CEO of L'Oreal Group and his delegation on Thursday.

Han said that the Shanghai government strives to create a more open, convenient and legalized business environment for domestic and foreign companies.

He promised that Shanghai will further deepen reforms and open up with more innovation.
