ZHANGJIANG High-Tech Park, Shanghai Lingang Group and Shanghai Pudong Software Park made it to the top-10 list of China’s industrial real estate parks.

The Shanghai Pudong Software Park, as the national software industrial export base, ranked 7th in the latest S-Park list with annual output of 63 billion yuan (US$9.4 billion) in 2015.

It made it to the top-10 list for the first time.
