SHANGHAI Party Secretary Han Zheng met Jardine Matheson Group chairman Henry Keswick and his group last week.
Han said the National People's Congress just concluded its annual meeting and approved the government's 13th Five-Year Plan. China will continue to push for innovation and green development in the next five years. Shanghai will further carry out reforms and opening.
He said Jardine Matheson has developed well in China. The Shanghai government welcomes foreign companies to participate in the city's economic and social development and will create better business environment for them.
