SHANGHAI Mayor Yang Xiong met Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas on Monday.

Yang said that China-Estonia relation develops soundly. Shanghai and Estonia have cooperated much especially in university exchanges, which has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation.

Yang continued that Shanghai is actively participating in the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and is keen to cooperate with Estonia and other countries.
