Rowers compete in the annual Shanghai New Taipei Dragon Boat Race in Qingpu District yesterday. A total of 12 teams from two cities, comprising people from all walks of life, took part in the race. A group of students from New Taipei City won the race. The cultural exchange event has been held annually in the city since 2013 to promote cross-Strait communication.
