“艺术涟漪”将苏州河滨变成艺术与都市文化的盛会 2025-11-24

Running from November 6 through November 30, this year's "Art Ripples" festival throws light on how art interacts with public life and commercial spaces across Shanghai.
Jing'an District has kicked off the 2025 season of "Art Ripples," transforming the Suzhou Creek riverside into a month-long celebration of art, performance and urban culture.
Running from November 6 through November 30, the festival throws light on how art interacts with public life and commercial spaces across Shanghai.
This year's edition is organized into three main strands: art exhibitions, performing arts and art-commerce collaboration.
Leading galleries and cultural venues, including Bai Space Guang Er Warehouse, Fotografiska Shanghai, UCCA Edge, Suhe Haus and the Picasso Art Center, have formed a curatorial alliance, focusing on modern and contemporary art.
Through diverse artistic forms and media, the alliance presents a visual arts matrix that spans physical exhibitions, VR experiences and public installations, highlighting Jing'an's role as a hub for international art exchange.
The season opened with the 15th Shanghai Photography Art Exhibition at UCCA Edge, on view through November 20, alongside "Larry's List Chronicles: The Collector's Residence" at Bai Space Guang Er Warehouse, running until November 25.
Partnering with ART021, the festival also features 141 galleries and projects from 22 countries, including 34 first-time exhibitors.
To deepen engagement with Jing'an, ART021 has partnered with the Cc Foundation to create a specially designed "ARTYWALK" route, linking the district's key art institutions.
The Performing Arts strand brings art into daily life, offering magic shows, open-mic nights, and pop-up theater at Shanghai Suhewan MixC World, Jing'an Moho Mall, and Blue Bottle Coffee at Zhangyuan Garden. Live music performances take place across CITIC Square, Jiuguang Department Store and Jing'an Joy City, creating immersive urban experiences for visitors.
The Art-Commerce Collaboration section introduces partnerships with Dianping and Didi, providing themed art-walk routes and travel discounts to encourage audiences to explore Jing'an's cultural venues throughout the festival.
