China Eastern Airlines began a direct flight between Shanghai and Copenhagen on Thursday, the only direct service between the 2 cities available. The airline now has 3 direct flights a week from Shanghai to Copenhagen, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. And starting September 24th, it will add another on Wednesdays. During this year's summer travel peak season, China Eastern Airlines plan to arrange more than 3,200 flights a day on average.
