Shanghai's Party Secretary Han Zheng (right) asks a resident what he thinks of government measures to protect the environment during a visit to a village in Huacao Town in the city's Minhang District, once home to one of the city's largest shantytowns before a massive demolition project late last year. Han yesterday also visited Heqing Town in the Pudong New Area.
