The Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government decides to hold a press conference at 2:30PM on November 9 (Thursday) at the Shanghai Municipal Government Press Conference Hall (5F of Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, 100 People’s Avenue).
